On-Site assessment, setup, and training

During a typical MOM on-site visit, we:

  • Assess the company's current procedures and future needs
  • Install and test MOM modules and credit card processing programs (e.g., ICVerify)
  • Set up MOM's parameters to meet the company's requirements
  • Import customer files, stock codes, source keys, and orders
  • Train employees in the use of the custom setup of MOM

MOM Training Curriculum

Because no two businesses are identical, each business uses MOM in a unique way. Therefore, the following sample curriculum, which is typical of the needs of new MOM users, is tailored to each of our clients.

When we leave your site, we leave you with a set of over 50 Word documents that contain the step-by-step instructions for most of the important MOM functions. These can be tailored to your needs.

How long does on-site training take?

We are usually on site for a minimum of two days for small companies with few special needs; three days is more usual. For clients that require training for more than six employees (especially if their jobs are varied), we usually recommend having two trainers at once.

How much does it cost?

Our fees vary depending on your needs. Clients are responsible for an hourly on-site rate, plus travel expenses (which are charged up-front to your credit card). Payment for onsite training is then billed Net 30; our clients agree that unpaid fees can be charged to their credit card after 45 days.
